Helping our customers with their roofing repair needs is our primary line of business.
From the initial date of contact with a potential client we will explain the steps taken to help meet their complete repair needs. We have certified roofing specialists that will come to your home and check your roof, taking pictures and measurements of exterior and interior damages. Once the we have a list of the damages we sit down with you and discuss the most efficient way to handle these repairs. A proposal contract is submitted and if in agreement this will be signed by you and our specialist so that we may have authorization to contact your insurance provider.
For the insurance part of the process we have Insurance specialists that assist in handling the claims with the insurance companies so that you may receive the maximum amount of insurance coverage possible. Most Insurance companies produce a payout to their customers but without a contractor they typically do not pay maximum amounts. That is where we come in and take over with written permission from our clients. We send in an itemized estimate to your insurance provider and then collaborate with the provider through email or phone conversations to come to an amicable settlement for you.

Once the pay schedule has been settled then D. DeLaigle will proceed by bringing in our certified roofing applicators to handle the roofing repairs. If their are any interior repairs that were predetermined with the insurance company or you, the client, these repairs are also completed.
